Standing seam & 5V metal roof one section. Morso woodstove heat source. Wood fired Finnish style sauna. Mike Carrick's personal residence and complete design and build. Lived off grid for 10 years and sold home or passed it on to new caretakers in Sept 2017.

Upon pulling into the half-mile-long gravel drive to the home, visitors are given a view of both the home’s unique architectural design and the two solar panels that power many of its amenities. Once inside, the open layout of the home matched with the seemingly endless windows offers visitors a chance to take in the views of distant mountains from nearly every vantage point in the house.

Custom built and designed finnish style wood fired sauna building with flex space.

The efficient chest style refrigerator is hidden away in a wood cabinet. The top functions as a nice kitchen cabinet when not in use. In his nearby mud room is an identical unit that operates as a freezer.
