Mike Carrick, the broker-in-charge, is a full-time licensed real estate professional in North and South Carolina, a licensed general contractor, and one of the top-selling real estate agents in the area. He is an eco-certified broker and, more importantly, the only Transylvania County, NC real estate broker who has built his own solar-powered home. When not working on his many real estate projects, Mike enjoys hiking, exploring new places, beach trips, traveling in general and going to Georgia football games with his wife Melanie, in laws and beautiful daughters Gracie and Molly.
